30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

ferdinand industriales offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on ForgeGuard AI subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
2. Select the order and submit a refund request, or contact Paddle support directly from that page.
3. Alternatively, contact us at support@maintai.app and we will help you initiate the refund.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing portal (powered by Paddle). Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Exceptions

Refunds outside the 30-day window may still be considered at our discretion, for example in case of significant service unavailability attributable to us.
